The Annual – TRAPP 2025!!!! (Trail Run and Putnam Polar Plunge)
Run Only and Plunge Only Options. Price of a ticket includes – Chili, hot cocoa, coffee, cookies, and a special event beanie after running & plunging or plunging/running only.
Recreational Run Start Time: 11:00 a.m. CST. Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew @ 12:00 noon CST. Plunge Only (without run) starts at 12:00 noon CST (Age 13 and up only).

Please Note: Lake bottom is natural, shoes or water shoes are recommended. There will be an outdoor changing station available onsite (change of clothes post plunge and a warm blanket highly recommended). We will have a few tents with small heaters onsite to warm yourself post plunge also. EMS will be onsite.
