Run Only and Plunge Only Options
Price of a ticket includes – hot cocoa & coffee and a special event beanie after running & plunging or plunging/running only. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the construction on the Tennessee Central Rail Trail from Algood to Monterey.
Recreational Run Start Time: 8:30 a.m. CST
Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew @ 9:30 a.m. CST
Plunge Only (without run) starts at 9:30 a.m. CST (Age 13 and up only)
