As temperatures hopefully moderate from last month’s snow and fridge temperatures, it is a time to focus on the warmth of things from the heart. As Valentine’s Day approaches, what better way to show your love to your sweetheart than to spend it in Monterey.
Just this month, a couple of familiar faces will have new names and either novel places or newly remodeled spaces. We cannot wait to tell you!
HERE’S THE BUZZ…
THE LOVEY BREW will become the BEE ROCK BREW, and Expresso Bar and BBQ.
Located at 201 N Chestnut St.. Already well known for their coffees, teas, specialty sandwiches and meals, they will still have grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items. The slow-cooked BBQ will start around March 1. As the BBQ starts coming off the smoker, they will have an expanded seating area. If you are in a hurry, they will soon be installing a drive-through.
